Great Filipino restaurant! Place runs full and worth the icon category on open table. The TumTaman- clam dish and the Vegetarian canton noodles stood out. Very nice, fresh and flavorful dishes .

Shout out to China, Emily and Kim who provided the best dining experience! We had the privilege of spending our three year anniversary here and it was the best one yet, the food was even better than the service and the service was amazing! We had at least 5 members of the staff check on us as they brought out our dishes and refilled our glasses. We had 5 different dishes and while all were delicious my favorite were the lumpiang shanghai and when we return I’m going to order 3 plates just for myself. It seems they have a rotating menu with the seasons and another sister restaurant in the ID!

Amazing place for dinner in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle! Upscale Filipino food in a very at home environment. I have been here many times and will come back again and again! Do make reservations if you can, but there is bar seating for walk ins as well.

They knocked it out of the park on every dish - it's hard to describe just how perfect the flavors were, but they were rich with subtle nuances. The ambience is warm and casual, family-style dining with nice presentation, and quite noisy on a Saturday night. Surprisingly delicious - even from dishes where I wasn't expecting much, like the crisp pork belly in broth (sinigang na lechon belly,) had beautifully balanced tart and umami flavors. The short ribs kare kare was incredibly tender and not overpowered by the peanut sauce. The oven-roasted chicken (adobong manok) was wonderfully crispy and rich with flavor. The hamachi with basil seeds and chive oil (kinilaw) was colorful and had subtle flavors and perfect texture. The whole fish with turmeric and coconut (inaloban na isda) had spice and balance (not too much turmeric or coconut) and just the right amount of heat. One after another, every dish came out and surpassed expectations. An incredible meal.

We celebrated my birthday at Musang in Seattle, and it was everything I could’ve hoped for—incredible food, warm atmosphere, and a true taste of Filipino culture. The space feels like home, and the love and intention behind every dish really come through. We started with the Sinigang Chips—tamarind-dusted potato chips that were a bit on the salty side, but still super flavorful and fun to snack on. Then came the Kinilaw na Hamachi, which was fresh, bright, and beautifully balanced—the grilled black sesame rice cracker added the perfect crunch. The star of the evening was the Kare Kare Short Rib—so tender and rich, with a deep peanut flavor, perfectly paired with bagoong, annatto oil, and fried garlic. It was comfort food elevated to the next level. We also had the Lumpiang Shanghai, which had a unique twist with castelvetrano olives and pinakurat—crispy and packed with flavor. To drink, we enjoyed a Boracay Cooler and Calamansi Tea—both refreshing and well-crafted. And the sweetest touch? The team surprised me with a complimentary chocolate chip bibingka for my birthday. Such a thoughtful and delicious gesture! Parking can be a bit tight, but with some patience, street parking is usually available nearby. If you’re looking for a place that serves Filipino food with heart and soul, Musang is it. Highly recommend—and salamat to the team for making my birthday so special!

My partner brought me here to celebrate our one year anniversary and I loved it so much. I’m Filipino and haven’t really been able to find authentic Filipino cuisine (other than food trucks and vendors) that I really liked. This place really is worth the hype. Cozy atmosphere, good lighting, good music that isn’t too loud or too soft, it was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and even gave us complimentary dessert to celebrate our night. We’re a lesbian couple from Florida so we’re not used to being so “out” in public but we felt so welcome here. The food was fantastic. That was probably the best leche flan I’ve ever had (sorry mom). We definitely want to come back again!

We tried Musang in Seattle last night and were impressed with everything we ordered. Even without a reservation, we only had a short 15-minute wait. The highlight was definitely the steak—cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The fried chicken with its savory gravy was another standout, incredibly tasty and satisfying. The cozy, intimate vibe makes Musang a great spot for a date night. Highly recommend!
